Happy New Year to all my blog readers. I wanted to share my most recent collaboration with you. It’s a benefit calendar to help the city of Amsterdam, New York. As many of you may or may not know. I grew up in Gloversville, New York. About 20 minutes from Amsterdam. I lived in Amsterdam for several years and still have many family members who live there. So needless to say, I love this city! I was shocked when I saw the flood damage first hand and wanted to do something to help out….and here it is. It took several months, but I am glad to say that the calendar is finally finished and ready to adorn your wall. This calendar is a photographic collaboration of several Urban Decay images of Amsterdam. All of the proceeds of this calendar will be donated to the Montgomery Chamber 2011 flood relief fund and the Amsterdam Urban Renewal Agency. hey! long time no post :( It seems like my life has been a huge blur since spring. we moved our home, our lives, my shop…that was huge!! did you know that people stress out and worry more about moving than they do about dying? that really puts things into perspective huh? well, since we’ve moved we have been remodeling almost every single day and still living in boxes! it’s been pretty crazy around here.
anyways, i really miss blogging about all the things that are going on with me, my family and of course paisley tree press…so i hope to keep up with this more than i have the past few months.
i hope to post some before and after photos of the new house. things are finally starting to feel normal around here and it’s nice to have less boxes lying around…so stay tuned for home improvement photos.
things are busy in the shop, i have several projects going on at once and can’t wait to share with you all.
